Aristopet Allwormer tablet is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic that treats and controls 11 kinds of intestinal worms in dogs. The easy to administer tablets destroy roundworms, hookworms, whipworms and all kinds of tapeworms including hydatids. It treats and controls gastrointestinal worms and thus prevents diseases caused by these worms.

How it works?

Praziquantel, Oxantel Embonate and Pyrantel Embonate are the active ingredients of Aristopet Allwormer tablets. The anthelmintic properties of Praziquantel destroy flatworms which includes tapeworms. It causes paralysis in these worms by increasing the permeability of cell membranes of these worms. Eventually, the worm gets fragmented and dies.

Pyrantel Embonate kills and treats hookworms and roundworms while Oxantel Embonate elimitaes whipworms in dogs. The combined effect of all the ingredients abolishes all kinds of gastrointestinal worms in puppies and dogs.

Direction

It is a single dose treatment for 2 weeks and older puppies and dogs. The dosage varies with the weight of the pet. Weigh your pet and choose the relevant pack. Do not allow the pet to feed on offal from any species. Check dosage table for details.

Dosage: 1 tablet per 10 kg bodyweight

Dosage:

For tapeworms – administer adequate dosage of tablet at every 3 months. Pets living in areas infested with Hydatid tapeworms should be treated at every 6 weeks.  

For roundworms and hookworms – Give proper dosage of tablet at 2,4, 8 and 12 weeks of age. Followed by this, repeat at every 3 months.

For whipworms – Administer when the puppy is 3 months of age. Repeat at every 6 to 8 weeks.

Note: For homes having more than one pet, de-worm all dogs at the same time. As fleas are a carrier of tapeworm larvae, it is advisable to consult a vet and start a flea treatment along with Aristopet Allwormer tablets.
